Brainspotting is a mindfulness tool where we use our eyes to release tension and address stress through self-massage.
Brainspotting involves a guide that has been trained in facilitating an individual's practice of mindfulness. The brainspotting guide acts like a 'spotter', to keep the individual focused and on-track with the mindfulness practice.
Brainspotting is provided as a service under "Life Coaching". Brainspotting can be done as often, or as little as you'd like.
Brainspotting is most efficient when conducted in 6 sessions. Some individuals may benefit from more, and may not need as many as 6. Each Brainspotting session is approximately 75 minutes.
